Our illustrator friend Jenny at Jenny Daymond Illustration has concocted a divine recipe for an extra special breakfast-in-bed, complete with her very own gorgeous artwork. Slip back into the Garden of Eden with roasted figs and a good sprinkling of The Artman Classic this Valentine's weekend!
Honey-baked figs with Greek yogurt & Artman.
- Preheat the oven to 200 C
- Cut 4 figs in half
- Place skin side down on a tray on some baking paper
- Blob half a tsp of honey into the middle of each fig
- Roast for 15 mins
- Eat with a dollop of Greek Yogurt and a good sprinkling of Artman Classic
