After the excitement of winning a Cumbria Life Food & Drink Award earlier this year, the last couple of months have been somewhat less glamorously (but probably more productively!) spent toasting & packaging ever-increasing amounts of muesli. We've heard rumours of novel concepts called "machinery" and "automation" but we've yet to forsake our artisan roots and delve into the murky depths of what would feel more like a factory than our humble kitchen. Quality will always be king in our little enterprise.
We managed to escape the kitchen for our debut appearance at The Farm Shop & Deli Show down at the NEC in Birmingham a couple of months ago. Despite our misgivings about committing to 3 days inside a massive exhibition hall, we were pleasantly surprised. We met lots of fantastic people and welcomed some stunning new stockists on board - check out our rather beautiful (we're not biased) stockist map here.
